HOW TO ORDER


1. Open Hoof and Woof Order Form (Excel spread sheet).
2. Fill out the purchase order form AND payment form (these are on two seperate Excel spread sheets within the Excel order form).
3. Please include any special instructions. 
4. IMPORTANT: Make sure to complete a seprate purchase order form for each item that needs one or more logos.
3. Save the form and make sure everything is correct.
4. Email a copy of the order form to bob@hoofandwoof.com.
